FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Because of the variables of Restoration work, including labor, materials availability and testing, the time from placing your initial order to delivery can vary. During the process, we will be in contact with your if there are any drastic changes estimated in delivery time.
As a baseline, our order process is normally as follows:
Complete the form at the bottom of the RESTORATIONS & REWINDS page.
Submit the form.
Shortly after successfully submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email, confirming your order.
Within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email, you will receive a follow-up email from info@tonemaster.net containing any questions we may have related to your order. If there are no questions related to your order, this email will contain a price quote, and the estimated turn around time of your restoration or rewind.
Once you approve the time and cost estimate, you will receive order payment instructions via email. A 50% deposit is required for all restorations and rewinds.
Once the Pickup arrives at the shop, Tone Master will then schedule the work order.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email requesting final payment with return shipping fees and tracking information.
