Tone Master 1950's Tele Set
Tone Master 1950's Tele sets are hand made the same way as they did back in the day.
Non Staggered Alnico pole magnets and vulcanized fiberboard.
Copper plated steel base plate.
Each bobbin is then dipped in lacquer to insulate the magnets, and set aside to cure.
Then your Pickup is hand wound with Plain enamel wire to vintage specifications.
Bridge pickups are protected with hand wrapped cotton string and then wax potted.
The neck Pickup is reverse wound and reverse magnetic polarity for hum canceling in the middle position and then fitted with a nickel silver cover.
