Tone Master 1960's Tele sets are hand made the same way as they did back in the day.

Staggered Alnico pole magnets and a Grey bottom/Black top vulcanized fiberboard with a

Copper plated steel baseplate.

Each bobbin is then dipped in lacquer to insulate the magnets.

Then your Pickup is hand wound with Plain enamel wire to vintage specifications.

Bridge pickups are protected with hand wrapped cotton string after it has been wax potted.

for a visual authentic appearance.

The neck Pickup is reverse wound and reverse magnetic polarity for hum canceling in the middle position and then fitted with a nickel silver cover.
